Issuing a replacement car

Once an order has been placed, we will process the client’s request to ensure that the need to use a replacement car meets the IIZI Replacement Car Terms and Conditions. If necessary, we will contact the client to clarify details. If the order meets the IIZI Replacement Car Terms and Conditions, we will forward the booking to Easy Car Rent OÜ, who will contact the client and arrange for a replacement car to be issued. The replacement car will be issued at the partner’s office during normal business hours :
{{openingHours}} When picking up their replacement car, the client must present a valid driving licence to the car rental company. In order to rent a replacement car, the client must enter into a contract with Easy Car Rent OÜ ] for the use of the replacement car and comply with the general terms and conditions of the rental contract. Deductible and collateral security

The rental contract between the rental company and the client determines the amount of the deductible and the collateral security requirements. The rental partner will explain the terms and conditions and provide the necessary information to the client by contacting them to arrange the details of issuing a replacement car.

Parking and traffic fines

The client assumes full liability for all of the traffic and parking fines incurred during the rental period and for other violations of law and the consequences thereof. If the client receives a traffic or parking fine during the rental period, the car rental company must be notified thereof at the end of the rental period.

Additional services (payable locally)

Accessories
The use of accessories requires prior agreement with the car rental company. Accessories (child safety seats, roof rails, etc.) are available according to availability and any related details must be agreed with the representative of the rental company. Flexibility in issuing a replacement car
By agreement, a replacement car can be delivered to the desired address. In this case, a service charge set by the car rental company will be payable by the client in accordance with the current price list.

Extension of replacement car rental period

If the client wishes to extend the period of use of the replacement car originally agreed, they must write to asendusauto@iizi.ee. We will contact the repair company and send a request to the car rental company for an extension.

Key information

A rental contract is signed at the office of the car rental company before collecting the vehicle. We ask clients to read the contract carefully and raise any unclear points with the rental company before signing. Before leaving the pick-up point, the client must check the vehicle and make sure that any damage is known to the rental company’s employees and recorded in the rental contract. Otherwise, the client may be held liable for the damage. The replacement vehicle cannot be used as a courier vehicle, for the provision of taxi, ride-sharing or rental services, or for learning to drive. This is a standard vehicle rental service subject to the terms of use set by the partner. At the request of the rental company chosen by the client, the replacement car must be returned within 24 hours.
