Does the insurance only apply while riding on the water?

No. Cover also applies during road transport, launching, lifting by crane, storage and repairs. This means your jet ski is protected even when it’s not on the water.

Can I insure an older or used jet ski?

Yes. We insure jet skis from model year 2014 onwards. The quote is based on the jet ski’s market value and intended use.

How much liability cover is included?

Liability cover provides protection of up to €15 million. It covers damage you may cause to other people, watercraft or harbour infrastructure.

Is wear and tear taken into account for partial damage?

No. This insurance includes “old for new” cover. If an insured part of your jet ski is damaged, it is replaced based on the cost of a new part without deductions for wear and tear.

What does jet ski insurance cover?

Jet ski insurance covers, for example, collisions with other watercraft or objects, jet pump and impeller damage caused in shallow water, theft, vandalism, storm and weather damage, as well as damage during transport or storage.

Liability cover also protects you against damage you cause to other people or their property.

Can I insure my jet ski trailer too?

Yes. If needed, we’ll also help you insure your trailer so your entire setup is protected.

Is the insurance valid abroad?

Yes. Depending on the policy terms, cover also applies outside Estonia. If you’re planning to travel abroad, we’ll help make sure your insurance matches your travel plans.

Are salvage and wreck removal costs covered?

Yes. If necessary, salvage, wreck removal and damage mitigation costs are covered in full without excess, even if the salvage operation itself is unsuccessful.

Is my jet ski protected during the winter?

Yes. In accordance with the policy terms, your insurance cover remains valid not only while riding, but also during storage and transport.
