The victim receives crash cash
Traffic insurance covers damage to the car but does not compensate for stress, lost time, or inconvenience. Crash Cash insurance works together with motor insurance and pays you additional money based on the value of your car. You can use this compensation however you like.
Traffic accident Partial damage – the car goes to repair
Traffic insurance covers the repair costs of the car. Crash Cash pays you 15% of the car’s market value (up to €10,000).
Traffic accident Total loss – the car is written off
Traffic insurance compensates the current market value of the car. Crash Cash pays the difference between the car’s current market value and the market value fixed at the time the policy was purchased (up to €20,000). Crash Cash also pays up to €1,000 inconvenience compensation.
Collision with an animal
Standard traffic insurance does not cover this. Traffic insurance may help with additional “Collision with wild animal” coverage. Crash Cash pays you 15% of the car’s market value (up to €10,000).
Theft
Traffic insurance does not cover this. Crash Cash pays 50% of the car’s market value if the vehicle is not recovered (up to €20,000).
Fire
Traffic insurance does not cover this. Crash Cash pays you 15% of the car’s market value (up to €10,000).

Submit a claim
After the incident, submit a claim on the IIZI website or in the app. Quick and convenient.
Receive additional compensation
Crash Cash is paid out after the insurer’s decision. Use the compensation however you wish.
Real-life example
Kalle stops at a red light when another car crashes into him from behind. Kalle is the victim of the accident.
The at-fault driver’s traffic insurance repairs Kalle’s car. Crash Cash pays Kalle additional compensation as soon as the insurer’s decision is confirmed.
